Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Natura Soap Company, we use Canada Post as our primary shipping company for all Canadian and American orders, although we will choose other shipping companies if it is more economical to do so. All orders ship tracked and insured, and a tracking number will be provided to you when your order ships. To make ordering simple, we provide a flat shipping rate of $14.99 for all Canadian orders and $19.99 for all American orders. Our flat rate shipping includes all handling fees and packaging costs.

We also have a free shipping threshold. If your Canadian order is over $60, or if your American order is over $90, your order will ship free! This change happens automatically; no discount code is needed to redeem free shipping.

If your order is lost during transportation, we will happily send a replacement order. However, if your package is delivered to your door and lost or damaged after that time for whatever reason, we are no longer responsible for what happens to it and so cannot replace the products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return & Exchange Policy

Are you unsatisfied with our product? Did you order the wrong item? You can shop with confidence with us. If for whatever reason you wish to return or exchange an item, just send it back to us (you pay return shipping) and contact us with your issue. We'll refund the purchase price of the returned item or send you an exchanged item (standard shipping rates will apply for the new item).

Is there a problem with our product? If there seems to be an issue with an item you received, please contact us. If it is found that there is a manufacturing fault or defect, we'll send you a replacement item. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs. This does not mean that we will send you an alternate product if the first one "doesn't work" for you. Everyone is different, and we can't guarantee that any product of ours will work with your skin type, hair type, etc. Please note that sometimes delicate products like bath bombs are damaged or break during the shipping process. These items are still perfectly usable and so, as long as the packaging is not damaged, this does not count as a manufacturing defect.
